I would give this fight to the Punisher, except for one thing: three of the judges are people that he has fucked up in the past. Not so sure that Wolverine will vote in his favor after Frank put a rocket into Logan's torso.

The Punisher wins this easily. His Marital Arts styles are Shorin-Ryu, Chin Na, Hwarangdo, Ninjutsu and Nash Ryu Ju Jitsu. He’s fought people like Doctor Doom, Wolverine, Bushwacker, Daredevil, Bullseye, The Russian, Barracuda and so on. The guy even took a shotgun blast to the side and didn’t scream out in pain. The Joker should be glad that he's wearing boxing gloves

Even the Thomas Jane Punisher could take him on (knife training included small daggers and the hooked Indonesian karambit, short course in Japanese, Israeli, and Filipino martial arts. He got a little bit of everything in hand-to-hand).

Rubbish, the Joker would beat the Punisher to death with his bare fists in seconds flat. He's taken down Batman more than once in fist fights. The punisher is just a guy with a few guns and a skull on his jumper. The Joker is the most terrifying villain in comic book history. He would be eating the punisher's entrails by the end of round one.

The Joker has gotten Batman good a number of times, but he's also had to flee from the detective so often that it seems to be his preference. In the ring, there's little space for him to escape, and few tricks he can hide up his sleeve, certainly not enough to guarantee victory.

On the other hand, the Punisher has gone toe-to-toe with countless badasses and come out on top (I'm sorry, but burning off Wolverine's face, shotgunning his nuts off and then steamrolling him into the dirt is point, Punisher). He also spends almost every day and knight killing people, often enough with his bare hands.

I do not doubt that the Joker would mess Frank up; he might even survive and raise hell for Frank later. But he's leaving teeth and broken fingers in that ring.
